Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Telos platform, including the Telos Social feature and related websites and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Great Life Blueprints, LLC ("Telos," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Telos is a software platform that provides coaching, content, marketing, and social media management tools, including Telos Social, which lets you create, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts you own or manage. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

3. Your Content and Connected Accounts

You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

When you connect a third-party social media account (such as a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, or Threads profile), you authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant, for the sole purpose of providing the Service. You may disconnect any account at any time. Our handling of data obtained through connected accounts is described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all rights necessary to publish it.

4. Third-Party Platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and other social networks. Your use of those platforms through the Service is also subject to each platform's own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them. We are not responsible for the acts, policies, or availability of third-party platforms, and access to them may change or be discontinued at any time by the platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

publish or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, harassing, or that violates the rights of others;

send spam or unsolicited communications, or violate any platform's rules or applicable law (including anti-spam and advertising laws);

attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;

misrepresent your identity or your authority to manage a connected account.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm the Service, other users, or third parties.

6. Fees

If any portion of the Service requires payment, applicable fees and billing terms will be presented to you before you incur them. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Great Life Blueprints, LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will always be successfully published to third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Great Life Blueprints, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Great Life Blueprints, LLC and its officers, members, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third party's rights or any platform's terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
