Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Great Life Blueprints, LLC ("Telos," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the Telos platform, the Telos Social feature, and our related websites and services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by Great Life Blueprints, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, also doing business as Ed Ferrigan and Telos. Our contact details are at the end of this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you create an account, contact us, or use the Service, we collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, billing details, and any content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we automatically collect certain technical information, such as your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and usage activity, including through cookies and similar technologies.

Information from connected social media accounts

When you connect a social media account to Telos Social, we access certain information from that platform in order to provide the service, as described in Section 4 below.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;

create and manage your account and authenticate you;

publish and schedule the content you create to your connected accounts;

process payments and send you administrative and service-related communications;

respond to your requests and provide customer support;

protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with legal obligations.

4. Telos Social — Connected Social Media Accounts

This section governs data obtained through social media accounts you connect in Telos Social. Where it addresses that data, it controls over any more general statement in this Policy.

About Telos Social

Telos Social is a feature of the Service that lets you create, schedule, and publish content to social media accounts that you own or manage — such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Threads profiles.

Information we access when you connect an account

When you connect an account, you authorize us through that platform's official login (for Meta platforms, Facebook Login) to access only what is needed to provide the service, which may include:

the names and IDs of the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and Threads profiles you choose to connect;

an access token issued by the platform that lets us act on your behalf for the permissions you grant;

the content you create, upload, or schedule through Telos for publishing;

basic engagement and performance metrics for content published through Telos (for example likes, comments, and reach), where the platform makes them available.

How we use this information

We use information obtained through your connected accounts solely to provide the Telos Social service to you — to publish and schedule the content you create, to show you your scheduled and published posts, and to report back the performance of that content.

We do not:

use your connected-account data or content for our own advertising or marketing;

sell, rent, or trade it;

share it with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing partners;

use it to build advertising audiences.

Any marketing or advertising practices described elsewhere in this Policy relate to our own websites and marketing lists and do not apply to data obtained through accounts you connect in Telos Social.

How we store and protect it

Access tokens are stored encrypted and are accessible only to the backend systems that carry out publishing on your behalf. They are never exposed to your web browser or to other customers. We retain connected-account data only as long as your account is connected and as needed to provide the service.

Your control

You can disconnect any account at any time in Telos under Grow → Telos Social → Connections. Disconnecting revokes our access and deletes the stored access token.

You can also remove Telos's access directly from the platform — for Meta, in Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.

Data Deletion

You can request deletion of the data we hold from your connected accounts at any time:

Disconnect the account in Telos (Grow → Telos Social → Connections). This immediately revokes access and removes the stored token.

To delete all associated data we hold (including scheduled and published content records and stored metrics), email [email protected] with the subject line "Telos Social Data Deletion" and the account(s) involved.

We will delete the requested data within 30 days and confirm when complete.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

Service providers who host, process, or support the Service under contract and only as needed to perform services for us;

Third-party platforms you direct us to publish to, limited to the content and actions you request;

Legal and safety disclosures where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;

Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of connected-account access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and encourage you to enable two-factor authentication on your account.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You can disconnect social accounts and manage many settings directly within the Service.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by reasonable means and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
